About the opportunity

As Revenue Operations Analyst - Deal Desk, you are a skilled critical thinker and natural problem solver. You will be partnering with our Sales teams across all locations to support deals, provide revenue guidance and to directly support the Quote-to-Cash process.

What to expect?

  • Manage the day to day deal approval process, engage sales teams, effectively communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to work on deal structure in a consistent manner.
  • Support Sales, Revenue and Legal with pricing and constructing quotes/contracts within a timely manner, and ensure all documentation are in compliance with company policy 
  • Track and document non-standard deals within Salesforce 
  • Partner with various Business Operations teams (Legal, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Partners) to further support the Quote-to-Cash process
  • Provide training to the sales team on deal structuring and best practices
  • Monitor Salesforce data quality and run cleanup projects as necessary to ensure data integrity
  • Contribute ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes and procedures
  • Identify and drive implementation of new tools and process improvements to support growth
  • Complete ad hoc Revenue Operations projects and analysis as required

 

What you need to be successful?

  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3+ years of Deal Desk, Revenue, and Sales Operations experience in a SaaS environment, preferably with Sales contract experience
  • Experience with Zuora and Salesforce preferred
  • Knowledge of SaaS renewals and retention experience
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Strong organisational skills and business judgment with the ability to handle projects independently end-to-end
  • Ability to manage high volumes at month and quarter ends to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently across multiple time zones and coordinate with management
  • You have demonstrated the ability to effectively communicate to all levels
  • You thrive in a team environment with a humble and positive attitude
  • You are able to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks
