About the opportunity

The Sales Enablement Program Manager will be in a key role within the Global Go To Market (GTM) Enablement organization at Contentful. The mission of the team is to increase impact through best-in-class enablement programs centered around role-based knowledge, skill development and strong leadership coaching. This role will center on the sales segment of the business, that specifically includes teams who manage all pre-close activity. 

This person will help drive our strategy to execution and help our global sales organization realize its aggressive goals. You will bring unique perspectives, team spirit and amazing execution prowess to help roll-out the overall  GTM strategy. The ideal candidate is a high energy, driven individual with enablement experience and appreciates working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

What to expect?

  • Identify the knowledge and skills required for successful outcomes of all sales roles
  • Work with the Sales and GTM enablement leaders to establish role-based curriculums and programs that drive the knowledge and skill development
  • Align and execute programs that build foundational capability for role-based knowledge and skills
  • Create the tools and programs that support the knowledge , skill development and leader coaching
  • Build relationships with key business stakeholders and understanding of the ongoing needs
  • Establish ongoing cross functional collaboration with the broader enablement team, marketing and product organizations
  • Drive consistency and efficiency to deliver training and tools across all sales teams

What you need to be successful?

  • 4+ years of Prior Program Management or Sales Management and Sales or Sales Enablement experience
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Familiarity with Cloud Technology, preferably in the CMS space
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience taking broad visions and concepts and developing and launching successful structured enablement programs with predefined metrics to measure impact
  • Proven track record of managing multi-faceted projects with the ability to drive through completion
  • Experience using enablement platforms with mobile learning, experiential learning, gamification, and robust reporting features
  • Experience in designing and implementing a Sales Methodology
  • Experience with SFDC, learning management systems, and other e-learning tools.
  • Excellent communications skills including, writing, presenting, as well as accuracy and attention to detail
  • A fast-thinking, high-energy individual with a sense of humor and ability to work with a wide range of personalities will thrive in this role
