Criteo is in search of an organized and self-motivated Sales Manager (internally known as Account Executive) to join our Sales team and build Criteo's advertiser business in India. You will report into the Head of Large Customers, India. The base office will be Gurgaon. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients in India, across verticals including travel, eCommerce, classified, OTT, wallets, ed-tech and others. You will be sourcing, developing and managing client relationships from initial prospecting and negotiating stages through to contract execution. You will also partner with the Account Strategy team to optimize our ad campaigns for both Criteo and inventory partners while being responsible for managing, maintaining, and up-selling post-sale communications with our clients. 

What You'll Do

  • Prospect, penetrate (including LinkedIn reach outs/cold e-mails) and create new relationships with advertisers. 
  • Develop relationships at all levels including the C-suite and Marketing Executive. 
  • Manage your portfolio of client relationships to grow revenues and margin. 
  • Develop long-standing customer relationships and optimal customer ROI through consultative sales and effective account management. 
  • Work with a broad range of internal teams (marketing, legal, tech, traffic) to support sales efforts. 
  • Work incredibly smartly to exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team goals.
  • Who You Are

  • 6 to 10 years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales with a proven track record of success
  • A tech degree (B.Tech, B.E, BCA. etc.) is a must. Master/MBA degree is a plus.
  • Aggressive and capable of opening doors across clients at all levels
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing (Performance Marketing) landscape in India will be an added advantage. 
  • Existing strong network & contacts at either an operational or VP-Level with India Online Retail, Travel, Classifieds, OTT, Wallet, Food Delivery, Ed-Tech clients will be preferred
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; and ability to work and deliver strong results in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and independent/autonomy working style. 
  • Good negotiation skills with a strong track record of sales success.
