You will report to the Regional Sales Manager in Boston, MA.

A Look Inside the Job:

  • Develop customer relationships by on-boarding, managing and renewing Premier Backupify clients
  • Obtain Up-sell and renewal quota amongst personal and team goals 
  • Work with cross-departmentally for a smooth transition for pre- to post-sales 
  • Demonstrate an ability to increase customer buy-in to our product and vision
  • Work with Accounting & Sales on improving processes, ensuring customers have an optimal experience with billing
  • Identify potential cross-sell situations
  • Improve channels of communication on system issues, product changes, and other updates with potential customer impact
  • Develop customer incentive programs
  • Provide programmatic support for customer events aimed at evangelizing Datto product line to cloud-to-cloud companies

About You:

  • BA/BS required
  • 1-4 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management (SaaS based and Quota carrying preferred)
  • Demonstrate skills in relationship building and clear communication
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Effective problem-solving and customer expectation management skills
  • Technical aptitude and experience working in multiple systems (i.e. Zendesk, Zuora, Salesforce)
  • Capacity to work cross-departmentally and create internal champions
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented
