We are looking for an experienced new business manager wanting to join a highly dynamic sales team while staying hands-on with monthly sales metrics. You will need to exude confidence and show strong leadership qualities. This role will be responsible for the day to day management of the Territory Sales Executives focused on the UK & Ireland region.

A look inside the job:

  • Strong sales skills and ability to teach and coach all components of sales to new and existing team members (Prospecting, qualification, through to deal closure)
  • Manage a sales team of sales professionals to meet/exceed monthly goals: Weekly activity metrics, forecasted opportunities and revenue targets
  • Collaborate regularly with Sales teams to discuss best practices, business and market trends to review qualification approach and maximise opportunities
  • Continuously manage the performance and development of the team through proper coaching, development, motivation, goal setting, and general direction
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of Datto products and how they support our customer's needs, including features, advantages, and benefits, and key examples of usage

About You:

  • Experience in outbound sales or business development with a record of achievement in a sales management capacity
  • Previous experience selling Cloud-based or other SaaS solutions
  • Knowledge of the MSP market is strongly preferred
  • Ability to excel in a fast-moving and evolving organisation
  • Knowledge of Google Apps, Salesforce.com, and O365 is a plus
  • You excel in an energised and evolving organisation
