Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily business process and white glove support to Datto’s Americas partner base and to our Americas Sales & Success teams
  • Partner with cross-department support and identify, escalate, track actions, and mitigate risks as needed
  • Gather and provide feedback to the Sales Operations team on process and productivity improvements based on daily tasks and interactions
  • Build and maintain core stakeholder relationships within the functions and cross department teams
  • Identify gaps and areas for improvements to be proposed for Change Management processes
  • Manage workload to ensure appropriate distribution of support coverage and timely assistance
  • Identifies and assists with development of support materials for team use, e.g. training manuals, role aids and SOPs

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Experience with customer service delivery in operations or IT, comfortable in customer facing situations
  • Coachable, positive, motivated attitude with strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize 
  • Passionate about resolving issues that comply with policies and [at the same time] meet stakeholder needs 
  • Strong attention to detail, creative and critical thinking skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Salesforce experience a plus
