Job Summary:

The Sr International Tax Analyst role will consist of ensuring the company is in compliance with all foreign jurisdictional tax obligations and the preparation of quarterly and yearly tax provisions. The position will report directly to the Director of Tax with interactions among various departments including accounting, legal and human resources. The proper candidate should have at least 4 years of corporate tax experience.

A Look Inside the Job:

  • Ensure foreign income and indirect tax returns are filed on a timely basis
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and year-end income tax provisions
  • Manage transfer pricing policies
  • Lead on foreign tax audits
  • Collaborate with corporate accounting, treasury, and legal teams to ensure transactions are properly accounted for and documented
  • Perform research and analysis in areas of foreign corporate tax
  • Monitor and keep abreast on changes in tax laws, rules and/or regulations, and accounting pronouncements and assist with determining tax impact to financial statements, if any
  • Respond to all foreign tax notices

About You:

  • B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of overall experience working within a corporate tax environment
  • Advanced MS-Excel experience including pivot tables
  • Advanced Powerpoint skills
  • Excellent communications skills both oral and written
  • Advanced organizational skills
