The Development Manager serves as a team lead on the DNC's Development team, reporting directly to the Grassroots Donor Relations Director. This position cultivates and maintains relationships with our Leadership Circle donors ($1,000+/year), manages donor contact and giving records, and develops and implements midlevel fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about helping the DNC meet its fundraising goals through effective donor engagement and relationship-building.

The starting salary for the Development position is $65,000, on an annualized basis, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, exempt position, that may require work on weekends. This position is in the bargaining unit represented by SEIU Local-500.
