Crunchyroll COVID-19 Hiring Status
Crunchyroll employees are currently working from home, and we are still conducting remote interviews and hiring during this time. This role is expected to start remotely, and we’ll work closely with you as we understand every person has unique circumstances.

Crunchyroll is looking for a Curation Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for an insanely detail oriented and organized individual who thrives in fast paced environments. Do you always think of a better way to do something? Do you organize everything in your house for fun? Are you curious why things work the way they do? Then you might be the right person to help us revolutionize our key screens.
About You:
- 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment (e.g., tech/start-up, live sports/news, agency, or AVOD/SVOD streaming service)
- Attention to detail and experience handling large volume of tasks and documents
- Excellent trouble-shooting and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Experience managing the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with spreadsheet tools such as google sheets or excel
- Clear and effective communicator
- Familiarity with content management systems a plus
Day in the Life of a Curation Coordinator:
- Publish/update home screen content across multiple locales and countries using a Content Management System (CMS)
- Work and communicate with regional teams across the globe to help champion Crunchyroll’s content across all supported languages, including localization of assets, copywriting, and calendar synchronization.
- QC published content; check for errors
- Tag content to fuel our recommendations engine and help users discover content
- Update schedules for key screens
- Conduct competitive audits of other streaming services
- Engage with product & engineering when problems arise and help mange errors through resolution
- Assist in tracking performance of key areas
- Assist with conducting/scheduling A/B tests
