About The Team

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with a passion for managing events, theatrical releases, and other Marketing initiatives! This position, dedicated to the Marketing team, will report into the Program Management organization, and will work closely with the Marketing leadership team to support ongoing and future initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Marketing background, or has experience working closely with Marketing teams!

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years experience as project or program manager
  • Prior experience in or managing projects related to Marketing, Events, or Theatrical Releases
  • BS degree or equivalent experience required, MS degree preferred
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
  • Working knowledge and understanding of key concepts and best practices for marketing, especially nuances around tracking ever-changing requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels, including Senior and C-level partners
  • Self-motivating, self-sufficient and have the strong ability to work effectively as an individual or as part of a team
  • Ideal candidate is inquisitive, organized, thorough and has a desire for continued self-improvement and development of new skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a calm and cool demeanor when managing multiple projects and deliverables
  • Experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies, and knowing when to apply each, preferred
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet and Google Suite, a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Organizes, plans and tracks ongoing projects and large-scale initiatives for the Marketing team
  • Oversees the day-to-day progress of projects and initiatives within the Marketing team with regard to schedule, scope, and process - and organizes information so it’s digestible for a globally distributed team
  • Effectively leads meetings, tracks next actions, and proactively follows up on action items
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the business and its structure, processes, and tools, and how Marketing initiatives positively impact the overall business
  • Builds effective partnerships across technical and business communities
  • Serves as a key liaison with the rest of the functional groups to facilitate planning and collaboration between teams, align on goals, identify dependencies, and mitigate risk
  • Establishes and maintains processes to increase efficiency for the Marketing team in conjunction with the larger Program Management Office
