Crunchyroll COVID-19 Hiring Status

About The Team

The People Team’s mission is to enable talent across the organization to do their best work while innovating for the future. Our team is global in nature and focuses on exceptional client service while being genuine, authentic, and empathetic to employees and their needs. In this role, you have the unique ability to help build the capabilities for the organization through learning experiences and organizational development while sitting on the People Leadership Team. This role also serves as a cultural ambassador on engagement, inclusion, and belonging.

About You:

  • 8+ years’ experience managing HR administrative processes such as compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee data
  • Experience in leading change and enabling best practices internally regarding HR process
  • Experience using Workday and other HR systems such as Greenhouse, Culture Amp, etc.
  • You'll need to be comfortable in a rapid change, agile and ambiguous environment, ideally experience high growth within a tech environment.
  • As we continue to scale-up and stabilize processes in an environment of integration, change and growth, you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves is critical.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the demonstrable track record to identify compelling insights and develop HR process changes
  • Experience creating and administering effective onboarding and offboarding processes, working with internal collaborators as needed
  • Experience managing logistics of contractor agreements
  • Demonstrable track record to keep up with U.S. compliance, administering HR compliance practices as needed such as trainings, policy updates, etc.
  • Experience supporting legal teams with employee immigration requests
  • Experience leading a team, delegating and assigning work and owning team outcomes

A Day In The Life Of Our Sr. Manager, HR Process & Compliance

  • Work with internal partners to develop and execute on an effective and compliance onboarding and offboarding process
  • Enable employee data exchange standard methodology across our People teams by creating seamless flows across processes
  • Act as the escalation point for troubleshooting and resolving process issues as it relates to onboarding, offboarding, employee data updates, HR compliance needs
  • Drive continuous improvement to our People Processes, systems and workflows ensuring a best in class, people-first experience
  • This role will have responsibility and ownership of accurately maintaining updated employee data in all HR systems
  • Plan and administer any compliance training needed for certain or all employees
  • Delegate and manage HR process team members, investing in their grown and development
