HR Service Center Representative/Associate

Position Summary: As an HR Service Center Representative you will be the first point of contact for
our employees. You will be responsible for resolving issues, answering questions and providing
accurate reliable information to our employees on a daily basis. You will assist in various HR
initiatives to create an efficient and reliable HR support team.

Responsibilities:
 Manage HR mailbox and provide timely and accurate responses to employees
 Escalate employee issues to the appropriate contact for resolution
 Track all HR and employee interactions to be able to report on data and provide pro-active
resolution
 Partner cross-functionally with other HR departments to improve process flows and identify
self-service opportunities
 Provide additional support to the HR function with data entry tasks
Requirements:
 Minimum of 1 year experience in call/service center, HR Operations, or related function
 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
 Ability to work through ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing processes
 High interest in, and knowledge of, customer experience and creating optimal experience for
employees
 Strong critical thinking and active listening skills, in addition to being highly detail oriented and
ability to clearly and effectively communicate in both written and verbal settings
 Excellent work habits, attendance, and willingness to take on additional work

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Must be
able to sit for an extended period of time.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision,
peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:
The job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computer, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
Shifts may start earlier or end later. Must work 40 hours each week to maintain full time status.
