Marketing Project Manager

Summary

Effectively manages marketing efforts for the dynamically growing ophthalmology division of EyeCare Partners. This role works collaboratively within the ophthalmology marketing team, supporting partner practices from integration to establishing baseline marketing foundations through their ongoing practice growth.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing plans implementation and tracking KPIs
  • Marketing budgets oversight and monthly tracking; includes billing support for vendors
  • Marketing materials development (concept through production; working with in-house resources and external vendor partners)
  • Brand standards oversight/implementation
  • Content development & consistency
  • Asset management
  • Integration support for new practices joining EyeCare Partners
  • Doctor on & off-boarding marketing support
  • Collaborate and support other ECP teams (Digital Experience, Communications, OPT Marketing, Contact Centers, HR, Physician Recruitment, Integration, Real Estate, Procurement, etc.)

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Previous healthcare experience desired
  • Smartsheet experience a plus
