Sr. HR Service Center Representative (Concierge Services) 

Position Summary: As a Sr. HR Service Center Representative (Concierge Services) you will be the point of contact for our DocAssist (concierge) services provided to our doctors. You will be responsible for resolving issues, answering questions and providing accurate reliable information to our doctors on a daily basis. You will help design and improve current processes to better support our doctors. You will be required to interact with cross-functional business units on a daily basis. You will assist in various HR initiatives to create an efficient and reliable HR support team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage DocAssist mailbox and provide timely and accurate responses to employees
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to escalate employee issues to ensure accurate and timely resolution
  • Provide an exceptional service experience with impeccable follow through and communication
  • Track all interactions to be able to report on data and provide pro-active resolution
  • Partner cross-functionally with other HR and other business functions to help design and improve processes
  • Management of various tasks to provide employee support and identify and execute on process improvement opportunities
  • Senior representative will be able to flex between supporting DocAssist services and providing additional support to general HR services team

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 year experience in call/service center, HR operations, or related function
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing processes
  • Comfort and confidence working with all levels of management and doctors
  • Detail oriented, able to prioritize efficiently and multi-task
  • Ability to self-direct and take initiative
  • High interest in, and knowledge of, customer experience and creating optimal experience for employees
  • Highly detail oriented and ability to clearly and effectively communicate in both written and verbal settings
  • Excellent work habits, attendance, and willingness to take on additional work
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office to manage process documents, create presentations, pivot tables and analyze data
  • Highly collaborative, empathetic, adaptable, and solution-oriented
  • Strong business acumen; ability to problem-solve both operational and strategic issues through a pragmatic approach

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Must be able to sit for an extended period of time.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

The job operates in a professional office environment.  The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computer, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.  Shifts may start earlier or end later. Must work 40 hours each week to maintain full time status.
