Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the Executive Search team.  In this critical role, you will partner closely with Executive Recruiting & broader Talent Acquisition team to support all activities across the search process. The successful candidate is extremely organized, able to work independently in a fast-paced and highly-matrixed environment, and can pivot from one task to another expeditiously.  

The Executive Search Operations Analyst will gain exposure across the business, and the responsibilities for this position are limited only by the successful candidate’s desire to learn, grow, and make an impact Flagship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expedite all aspects of the recruiting process with multi-faceted, project-specific support to stakeholders including internal clients, candidates, executive search team and the broader talent acquisition function
  • Executive search project management
    • Engage with the executive search team to ensure seamless process across all levels including
      • Participate on search update calls to synthesize action items
      • Record feedback from interview team into scorecards in Greenhouse (applicant tracking system)
      • Prepare candidate reference reports
      • Collaborate with team to ensure seamless search flow in Greenhouse from search kick-off to close, including support of offer requests/letters and documentation
      • Participate in executive onboarding activities
    • Marketing and branding
      • Create presentations and reports that reflect innovative ways of communicating capabilities of the talent acquisition and executive search teams (e.g., candidate pipeline reports, executive briefing documents, metrics reporting)
      • Compile Flagship materials including PR pertaining to specific portfolio companies for candidates to enhance candidate experience
      • Design executive briefing documents to support offer process
    • Coordination and logistics
      • Partner with coordinators to help scheduling needs including inputting interview requests
      • Support executive search team in event coordination, conference planning, etc.
    • Reporting & metrics
      • Partner with operations team to provide executive search reports as requested
      • Partner with Finance to track executive search firm and vendor spend
      • Maintain current open requisition reports

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Executive Recruiting environment
  • Exceptional technical skills specific to Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new technologies
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and fast-changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills including high-level of self-confidence, optimism and clear thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for outstanding customer service
  • Must possess a high degree of integrity, reliability and trustworthiness
