As the Head of Air Commercial Products, you will set the strategy and build a team to create cross border logistics products for customers who ship Air freight.  You pinpoint what is most important for customers and don’t hesitate to try new things to make global trade easier.  You understand what it takes to design logistics products that consolidate and de-consolidate shipment volumes to provide a reliable and resilient network.  

You will:

  • Define target customer segments, understand and prioritize their needs
  • Define product capabilities and work across teams to build and launch
  • Measure product performance and adoption
  • Eliminate non-value added activities and build processes that enable your team and products to scale
  • Establish guardrails to ensure success

You are:

  • A Results-Oriented Leader – You are focused on hitting objectives and delivering results. You have the experience to get things done.  Your commitment and energy empowers the team to go above and beyond when needed.
  • A Strategic Planner - You craft strategic plans to drive towards our vision, make plans that navigate ambiguity, and figure out how to deliver value today and enable scaling for the future.
  • A Calculated Risk Taker – You use data to make calculated decisions and you adjust as you learn as situations change.
  • Someone who embraces and exemplifies our six company values.

You should have:

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in software product management 
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management 
  • You have experience building teams as well as leading through influence
  • Comfortable in a startup like environment and can operate independently to build and execute new products
  • Strong analytical skills.  You can take details and formulate a plan into a logical story.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking publicly to large audiences
  • Proven leadership skills, ability to manage up and drive consensus among executive stakeholders
  • Partner with sales enablement to develop and deliver enablement for customer facing teams on product launches, sales engagements.
