What will you be doing?

Finding talent in today’s world is a vigorous process. frog is looking for someone who can own the recruiting function from top to bottom, with a great degree of independence, across the region. We aim to identify a candidate who currently has front-line exposure to the entire range of current topics and services and is passionate about them. You will be hiring roles from intern to Executive Director and it would be a bonus if you had experience in Creative, Strategy, and Technology talent. In this role, you will:

  • Source, engage, and secure senior level talent 
  • Act as a trusted partner to company leadership 
  • Manage / mentor a small team of Talent Acquisition Partners 
  • Manage candidates and their experience with frog throughout the entire selection process
  • Build talent pools and community outreach programs
  • Partner effectively with HR, Finance, Resourcing and Operations on all matters to foster relationships and to prioritise hiring needs and requisitions
  • Oversee recruiting metrics/meeting KPIs
  • Manage, negotiate, and oversee the offer approval process for candidates

We want you to have:

  • 8+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • Exemplary communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational skills with an excellent eye for detail
  • Advanced MS Suite skills (especially Outlook scheduling, SharePoint, and Excel)
  • Ability to be receptive to a high quantity of assigned tasks and own your schedule
  • Knowledge and experience with organizational development
  • Business-level fluency in English
  • Experience with ATS, ideally Greenhouse 
  • Extensive experience of active sourcing through a variety of different methods, especially through LinkedIn

It would be a bonus if you had:

  • Business-level fluency in another language, especially German, Spanish, or French
  • Experience with people management
  • Experience working as part of a global team
