What will you be doing?

As a Product Design Lead, you’ll bring your unique mix of creativity, technical acumen, and business sense to take products from idea to reality. You take a human-centred, collaborative approach to delivering products: connecting the skills and know-how of a diverse team to design tools that make a serious impact in people’s lives.

We want you to have:

• · A deep desire to collaborate with designers, strategists, and technologists to develop new ideas, launch amazing products, and deliver exceptional experiences
• · 4+ years of professional experience creating software products and services
• · Managed 2+ products from concept through production rollout
• · Conducted research, workshops, and testing to inform product requirements, strategy, and direction.
• · Created and managed product backlogs, requirements, and roadmaps using industry-standard tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• · Helped teams adopt and follow best practices (agile delivery, feature prioritisation, product definition, roadmapping, etc.)
• · Strong presentation, consulting, and writing skills
• · A willingness to travel for key collaboration sessions
• It would be a bonus if you had:
• · First-hand knowledge of different Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
• · Experience designing and conducting workshops for all levels of stakeholders
• · Put productivity and feedback loops into place, following DesignOps, DevOps, or ProductOps best practices
• · Developed both short- and long-term roadmaps and managed a product through multiple releases
• · Implemented documentation strategies for large or distributed teams
• · Worked on products with multiple, parallel tracks of work

It would be a bonus if you had:
