What will you be doing?

frog is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the region and our global team on internal projects and initiatives. While you will be based within a home region, you will join a super fun, international team of dedicated, passionate frogs who will be there to support you every step of the way. You will support the Talent Acquisition Team in all hiring efforts for the US region. In this role, you will:

  • Update and maintain our ATS systems (Greenhouse & Taleo)
  • Manage job postings, candidates and offer approval process
  • Schedule candidate interviews
  • Assist in the facilitation of recruitment and staffing needs, including onboarding new and temporary employees.   
  • Run & analyze reports for the TA team spanning DE&I, offers, declines and hires.   
  • Send out weekly candidate pipeline reports to hiring teams
  • Assist with tracking of candidates and employee referrals
  • Recognize opportunities for process improvements and vocalize efforts and improvements where needed
  • Liaise with Human Resources, Finance and Operations to coordinate new hire onboarding

We want you to have:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Exemplary communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational skills with an excellent eye for detail
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Suite skills (especially Outlook scheduling, SharePoint, and Excel)
  • Ability to be receptive to a high quantity of assigned tasks and own your schedule
  • Interested in learning and observing Recruiting functions
  • Business-level fluency in English

It would be a bonus if you had:

  • Experience with ATS, especially Greenhouse or Taleo
  • Experience in Recruiting or in Human Resources
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiting
