  • You will coordinate with engineering, product, and design team members to define and prioritize projects that help us meet business objectives.
  • You will collaborate with our Design Systems and Accessibility teams to build and implement system fundamentals (e.g. functional quality, accessibility, web performance, etc) as core requirements for our component libraries and frontend frameworks.
  • You will document architectural designs, carry out code experiments, and build prototypes to learn how we can achieve planetary scale with our systems.
  • You will become an owner and advocate for the health and quality of the systems that the team builds, participate in an on-call rotation and respond to incidents as necessary.
  • You will work with your engineering manager in your one-on-one meetings to grow your team and career.
