The gig:

  • Work alongside peers, hiring managers and leaders to deeply understand current and future talent needs
  • Understand and crisply articulating what success looks like in the roles you support
  • Advocates for and delivers a fantastic candidate experience
  • Continuously iterate on your sourcing/research strategies to improve metrics and proactively build diverse talent pipelines
  • Distill research findings into clear, actionable insights for your colleagues, hiring managers and the teams you support
  • Build trust and cohesiveness at every level of the organization

Candidate should have:

  • 2+ years of technical sourcing or researching experience
  • Strong communication skills; proactive, clear, and compelling in your written and oral communication
  • Ability to be responsive and productive within a highly distributed environment
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex and varied information (often deeply technical or unique) that you synthesize into clear and strategic market/industry insights and/or strategies
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Bonus if you're:

  • Able to keep your cool in a rapidly growing and often changing environment
  • Creative, reliable, and efficient
  • If you're organized (e.g., have the ability to manage multiple projects at various stages in the process)
  • Curious, empathic and detailed oriented
