Your work-life opportunity:

As an Associate Business Product Manager in Live Ops (customer support), you will lead the process of gathering and defining business requirements for product requests and will act as the main point of contact with the Product department.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Be the Live Ops point of contact for Product department
  • Gather and define business requirements and build product requests
  • Analyze impact of different product requests to help their prioritization
  • Review and align PIDs
  • Follow-up product developments to ensure they meet business requirements
  • Coordinate the deployment of new product functionalities with Live Ops departments in all countries

You have:

  • Preferably a degree in Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent (Master's Degree would be advantageous)
  • Analytical mindset
  • 1 to 3 years Experience in: (1) Defining business requirements for technology projects; (2) Project management and delivering projects
  • Great communicator (presentations are your thing) and people skills
  • Advanced level in English (written and spoken), Spanish is a bonus
  • Ease in learning fast and adapting yourself to different business situations
  • Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude. You have the ability to work independently and have outstanding stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in startups or technological platforms
  • Understanding of Customer Support on food delivery companies
  • Background in technological consultancy firms as functional/business analyst 
  • Familiarity with AB Testing frameworks
  • Experience in international environments
