Your work-life opportunity:

Aim to improve the performance of thousands of Partners who use Glovo, globally. The individual will collaborate with teams operating in Glovo markets to collect insights and provide inputs for projects focused on partner performance and retraining. 

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Evaluation and insights collection based on sales calls
  • Develop and deliver training materials for local teams on new or existing processes. Work in close collaboration with internal teams to scale material to all languages supported
  • Work with stakeholders in across various teams such as operations, account management, and communications, to understand nuances and provide feedback on execution of projects from a quality perspective
  • Develop a quality and training framework to drive each program to a standard level of quality.  Build this framework to be scalable all operations markets in Glovo
  • Manage analyses and periodic reporting to measure impact and identify opportunities to improve ROI. 
  • Willing to learn and iterate quickly to find winning solutions
  • Be proactive and comfortable to adopt a hands on approach and execute when essential
  • Use a data driven approach to decision making
  • Proactive and positive to identify opportunities and work on them with minimal management oversight

You have:

  • 4-5 years of experience with quality and training projects
  • Worked in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing insights that will help evolve existing project and define new ones
  • Experience as a quality and training project manager for large scale teams with multiple languages and complex execution
  • Experience with processes, systematic organisation, preferably working in a support organisation is a plus
  • Demonstrated data analysis experience and high proficiency with Excel is a must, good knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • A high level of proficiency in English and at least two other european languages is a must (Italian, Spanish, polish, romanian, etc)
