Your work-life opportunity:

The B2B team is Glovo’s last-mile logistics service for e-commerce, a huge industry that is still growing rapidly with many challenges ahead. At Glovo, you will join a team that is working to revolutionize the industry from scratch with the main e-commerce players in any market (e.g. Alibaba).

We believe that if we want to revolutionize the delivery industry that we need to deliver a WOW experience to our clients, and this is how we run Glovo. To reach this WOW effect you will be managing and coordinating our different B2B darkstores (aka Glovo’s urban warehouses), as you optimize each B2B darkstore in your city. Your goal will be to quickly adapt the operations of each darkstore and continuously improve it.

In Glovo, we want to change the B2B courier services, and for that reason we want to continuously improve the user experience. You and your team will be an integral part in executing the different activities within a darkstore.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • You will hire, train and motivate all of the staff within a darkstore as you seek to reach optimal efficiency and profitability, delegating tasks and following up on them.
  • You will control and manage the staffing - headcount, hours, shifts - of the darkstore as you optimize the efficiency and happiness of the pickers.
  • You will implement existing procedures and find ways to improve these procedures and to report them back to Global.
  • You will be the one responsible for the control of facilities, organization of the space and queues of riders, as well as the safety and security of our facilities.
  • Follow-up reports to track the operations of each darkstore and each picker and take action to improve both areas.
  • Coordinate the launch of new Darkstores within your area of influence.
  • You will be an ambassador of Glovo’s culture and values for your teams.

We offer you the opportunity to join a motivated team that is excited to improve the way we handle B2B courier services. We still have many new challenges ahead of us so there is still a lot of potential for what is still to come. At Glovo, we want employees to challenge the status-quo, the rules are still being written and your input will be key for our future success.
