Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Lead local Marketing activations and ad-hoc projects in complete autonomy, working with the HQ team of Loyalty & Promotions and the cross-functional teams (CRM, Design, Digital and Account managers from Commercial, Q-commerce and Expansion teams) for a seamless implementation.
  • Be the country point of contact for projects like Prime subscription program, Member-Get-Member and Promotions with the following tasks:
  • Running business analysis to develop a thorough understanding of the involved user base, in order to get actionable insights to be shared with HQ team and craft a best-in-class growth strategy via a test & learn approach.
  • Forecasting quarterly targets and budget needs, according to HQ guidelines. Periodically measuring and tracking the project performance against them, being able to adjust the growth strategy where needed.
  • Providing appropriate visibility to the management on main project KPIs and creating advocacy with internal and external stakeholders to engage them into dedicated initiatives to enable the project growth.

You have:

  • 2-5 years of work experience in Growth/Marketing roles in top FMCG companies and/ or Tech companies 
  • Highly analytical and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
  • Comfortable in tracking/ reporting on established performance marketing KPIs and turning insights into actions
  • Strong consumer understanding skills
  • Ninja expertise with Excel - Google Sheets is a must - and SQL
  • Strong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management 
  • Familiarity with paid, owned and earned media channels
  • Hands-on attitude is a must. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves! 
  • Proficiency in English
  • Business Administration / Marketing Studies in top University

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of tools like Looker 
  • Previous experience in programming
  • Track record in ecommerce
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
