We are looking for a City and Operations Launcher in Portugal, responsible for the South & Center region to accelerate our Expansion and reach every single corner of our country.

Be a Part Of a Team Where You Will:

• Frame the launching city, get the fleet needed for optimal operations and ensure that all couriers are properly trained and prepared
• Coordinate the fleet in the city until all metrics achieve the targets
• Manage scheduling, attendance and general administration of Info-Sessions while supporting daily operations through operational supervision and analysis of KPIs
• Understand, deep-dive and have a complete understanding of the local supply situation at all times
• Ensure service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction achieved by supporting daily operations through operational supervision and analysis of KPIs
• Communicate effectively with the local operations teams and couriers working together with them on designing and deploying action plans
• Make sure that all the information is accurate and transferred to our database and reports to support daily decision making
• Be responsible for implementing processes and optimizing strategies involving the onboarding and retention of couriers
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies & practices 

You Have:

• Data driven mindset
• Orientation toward results, you are autonomous and efficient1+ years of experience in highly demanding positions (operations, consulting, background in economics or related.). Experience in on-demand delivery is a great plus!
• Knowledge Excel and/or Google sheets
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, results-oriented, autonomous and efficient
• Ability to think out of the box and suggest new ideas
• Basic Excel and Data Interpretation Skills
• Good communication skills with ability and agility to solve problems
• Great ability to work as a team member
• A Get stuff done attitude: Launchers need to get a lot done in a short period. You have a scrappy attitude, you are comfortable working with limited resources under tight deadlines and you are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty.
