Your work-life opportunity:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Content Coordinator intern for our Customer Support team. Are you looking for a challenging experience in one of the fastest growing startups in Europe? Do you want to contribute to building a product that will disrupt the on-demand market and help us improve how we serve our support teams around the world? If yes, then this is your opportunity to learn about content management (for internal and external content) and assist the team with regular content-projects.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Assist and coordinate support content and localisation needs with internal stakeholders for our internal (Knowledge Base) and external content (CRM)
  • Assist and coordinate internal review process and regular/intermittent content requests with stakeholders and work hand-in-hand with our Content Specilalists
  • Assist and coordinate the cloud system for localising our support content in all of our customer languages (CRM) and for designing content for our Knowledge Base
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You have:

  • Full verbal and written proficiency in English
  • Interest in coordinating support content for a large customer-facing entity
  • Interest in learning about localisation and content processes
  • Background in marketing, project management, localisation or a similar is a plus
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and good attention to details
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
