As a Content Operations Coordinator you will support the Lead Generation team prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads and maintaining our data quality in Salesforce. This individual will be highly motivated, self-starter, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources based on his/her local knowledge. A dynamic personality with a drive to seize opportunities is essential! 

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Give you the trust and support to grow, develop, and make a difference while encouraging you to bring your unique perspective to the table
  • Collaborate together and learn from each other
  • Process Lead Tags: responsible for qualifying the leads based on their interest in Glovo and adding missing data (such as phones, massive communications, etc.)
  • Identify and propose new local sources of leads.
  • Pipeline Management: in charge of prioritizing which leads do the account managers should contact based on your local knowledge and data analysis.
  • Be the owner of our salesforce database quality. This implies managing duplicates and assigning each account (lead, partner, etc.) to its real state. 
  • Maintenance of the current accounts/ data structure in Salesforce
  • Help the team in other content projects

You have:

  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
  • A passion to make a positive impact on the life of millions of people through technology
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or any related field
  • Languages: English & Local professional level are a must
  • Local Market knowledge
  • Capability of bridging analytical and communication skills for added-value impact
  • Familiarity with sales processes and tools
  • Highly organized and responsible
  • Detail-oriented

Nice-to-haves:

  • Data analysis
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
