Cook Room is our delivery-only kitchen vertical: we provide a shared-kitchen facility to our restaurant partners to support their expansion while making delicious and diverse types of cuisines available for our customers everywhere!
 
In response to the rapid growth in consumer demand for restaurant delivery meals, combined with the lower costs incurred by using these facilities, the demand for such solutions is booming. 
 
We are looking for a Cook Room launcher that will support us in scaling this exciting vertical!The successful candidate must be a self-starter, results-oriented, analytical and also be passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Be instrumental in supporting our local teams to scale our Cook Room vertical in local markets. 
  • Be the global owner of multiple Cook Room projects from scratch to launch 
  • Build thorough financial forecasts to support the rationale of launching in selected markets 
  • Be the expert in finding the best locations to support our growth
  • Be an expert in project management ensuring local teams achieve ambitious deadlines coordinating infrastructure sourcing & execution, kitchen operators recruitment & training, sales and other cross functional tasks 
  • Support local negotiations with all third parties involved in our Cook Rooms
  • Travel on site to help team gets things done and bring global knowledge to local markets 
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
 
You have:
  • 3+ years of experience in high demanding positions (operations, consulting, fast paced companies, entrepreneurship, etc.). Experience in kitchen operations or real estate is a plus.
  • Passionate about Innovation 
  • Comfortable having 100% ownership of project with a high degree of freedom to action 
  • Open to change (changes seeker)
  • Strong analytical skills are a must
  • 360 mindset and hands-on attitude: you’ll have to roll up your sleeves! 
  • Strong organisational skills and delegation, ability to prioritise and multitask, work well under pressure, handle multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Out of the box thinker and high level of self-initiative (proactive in finding new solutions to new issues).
  • Comfortable working with limited resources under tight deadlines
  • Excel/Google sheets proficiency
  • Professional English is a must, other languages is a plus
  • Availability to travel
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
