Your work-life opportunity:

As a Courier Earning & Support Lead in the Glover Experience team, you will play an instrumental role in defining, tracking and improving the biggest couriers pain points. You will lead a team in charge of defining and tracking at a company level fair earnings for couriers and all the support processes and policies to ensure that couriers have an amazing experience while collaborating with Glovo. Your role will have an impact on thousands of Glovo couriers globally. We are looking for someone that has managed large scale operationally complex projects, has impeccable stakeholder management skills (you will be coordinating with several teams in HQ and locally to drive initiatives) and uses data to drive decision making. The role is based in our HQ in Barcelona.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Be responsible of a team owning all GX earnings and support KPIs: Earning per hour, earnings per week, SLA, Satisfaction Score, and others
  • Be owner of the main satisfaction surveys (NPS) sent to couriers.
  • Work closely with local country/ regional teams as well as central teams providing guidance and support to understand the key couriers pain points and coordinate implementation of solutions that help reduce friction with couriers when it comes to earnings and support
  • Lead initiatives that improve couriers’ experience while bringing efficiencies to our operations
  • Perform regular data analysis in order to define the right processes and ensure KPIs remain healthy
  • Collaborate with product teams on rolling out new features and solutions that impact couriers earnings and experience with support
  • Think out of the box to bring new ideas of process improvements that will be game changer to ensure the best courier experience

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business - Project Management / Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytical position (operations, Big-4, consulting, project management, etc.)
  • Experience working with stakeholders across different teams/geographies
  • Hands-on attitude and excellent project management skills, resolutive
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to navigate and adapt to a dynamic startup environment
  • International studies or experience is a strong plus
  • SQL is a plus
  • Proficient in English. Spanish and other European languages are a plus.
