Glovo is looking for a world-class Business Analyst for Glovo’s CX - Supply Operations team. Are you able to translate data into actionable insights? You will:

Understand business needs and produce insightful analyses for the Operations Project Management team to make the right decision

Act as an internal consultant to translate business questions into insights

Identify growth opportunities to increase our users base, step change retention rates and maximize our profitability

Work in top priority Customer experience projects related with Operations
-
Liaise with the product team - you will play a central, pivotal role in building reliable sources for data and insights

Propose strategic changes to the way we track, maintain and use data
You have:
- 2-3 years of work experience in business analysis and project management.
- SQL proficiency.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Experience on market/consumer behavior research and surveys as a plus.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to prioritize effectively with solid backing of data.
- Great communication skills and ability to influence different stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
