The couriers are the key player in Glovo’s marketplace. We are looking for a Data Analyst who will find the balance between creativity and data-driven objectivity in such a way that they carry out projects that seem impossible until they come true.

• Give life to your craziest ideas and have a global impact immediately
• Be Glovo’s eyes in order to build tools to see clearer and further, and propose decisions in consequence
• Ensure these tools are scalable and up-to-date
• Understand global business needs and create insightful analysis to internal teams to make the right decision
• Learn continuously while challenging, testing and improve a game-changing product
• Take ownership  of reporting of KPIs by creating customized tools or using the available ones 
• Act as an internal consultant to translate business questions into insights
• A/B test the launch of new features
• Assist colleagues in gaining access to the right data

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics or similar
• +2 years of work experience providing internal teams with the necessary data to make the right decisions, banking / financial background is a plus
• Strong analytical and coding skills: SQL and Excel proficiency (or extensive coding experience), and BI platforms experience (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI,…)
• Python and experience working with analysis tools such as Pandas, SciPy, Scikit, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, R is highly valued
• Strong strategic vision and business mindset
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Comfortable working in high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
