Glovo's Training team is growing, and we are searching for a wizard to be the new E-learning Specialist. An E-Learning Specialist’s work is to produce interactive and gamified materials, both online and offline for our e-learning modules used in our hubs around the world.
You will be part of a very dedicated and international team, and you will work in an agile environment.

- Design engaging and gamified E-learning courses.
- Implement Gamification in our routines.
- Produce Offline and Online materials.
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
- It would be nice to help to build interesting universes in Unity (nice to have)
You have:
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
- A passion to make a positive impact on the life of millions of people through technology.
- Knowledge of Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, e-learning creations.
- Knowledge about Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere and After effects (nice to have).
- Graphic Design experience.
- High level of Knowledge in gamification, visual communication (e-learnings, Training gamification…)
- User Experience.
- Strong portfolio with examples of your work.
- Strong sense of the design principles.
- Any 3D program, Unity, HTML, CSS and JavaScript knowledge is a plus
- Determined to get things done: no job is too big or too small.
- Comfortable working in high growth and high-performance start-up at a fast pace.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and verbal in English (Spanish or other languages are a huge plus).
- Ability to work with short times and under pressure.
- Ability to innovate and always create different training materials and test new methodologies.
