The GlovoLogistics (B2B team) is Glovo’s last-mile logistics service for e-commerce, a huge industry that is still growing rapidly with many challenges ahead. At Glovo, you will join a team that is working to revolutionize the sector from scratch with the main e-commerce players in any market (e.g. Alibaba).
You will be responsible for the P&L and end to end account management of the largest e-commerce companies and for maximizing both their number of deliveries with Business and profitability of the deals.
In this role you will be part of the sales team for Glovo, working closely with the Global Head of B2B Partner Operations and the Global GM of Courier & B2B.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Own strategic partner relationships end to end, including P&L tracking, and ensure operational excellence in your region.
  • Be in charge of the onboarding of new clients, including systems integration, legal agreements & conditions, kick-off operations both in darkstores and riders, customer service, data flow & architecture and financial forecasting of the account.
  • Be responsible for our partners business performance, analyse their main KPIs and ensure growth MoM. Track and reporting of performance metrics.
  • Lead contract re-negotiations to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties.
  • Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, sales and operations improvement.
  • Responsible for understanding the client’s needs and upsell new delivery solutions, e.g. fulfillment with same-day delivery.
  • Improve operational efficiency of our partners and be creative by finding innovative delivery solutions for e-commerce players.
  • Ensure we keep our B2B promise: “To bring our clients’ own delivery UX to perfection”.
  • Get feedback from key e-commerce players and translate it into product improvements.
  • Maintain a great relationship between Glovo and our key e-commerce clients.

You have:

  • 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (tech startup, banking, consulting, FMCG, etc)
  • Problem-solving mindset, perfect written and spoken communication skills
  • Analytical profile with experience in business development, negotiations, pricing and product development
  • Customer obsession
  • Proactivity, organizations skills, and obsession with details
  • Passion about building things from scratch, if something needs to get done you are comfortable figuring it out on your own and not relying on a playbook
  • Ease with ambiguity, you seek adventure and an accelerated career path
  • Eagerness to get your hands dirty, because you will have to “roll up your sleeves”!
