Glovo (glovoapp.com) is looking for a world-class Finance Analyst to join the CIS-AFRICA Finance team. Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Lead or support key strategic projects for the region from the financial side.
  • Create and simplify key processes and activities supporting the company's OKRs.
  • Proactively look for opportunities and projects to improve the region's financial performance and deliver high results in an autonomous way. 
  • Understand business drivers & kPIs to create financial models and evaluate strategic projects.
  • Acquire a high level of knowledge across all areas by understanding key initiatives, challenges and opportunities. 
  • Participate in presentations to relevant stakeholders about the performance of the region. 
  • Support in developing planning activities throughout our countries. 
  • Support the Regional management team with any ad-hoc requests.
  • Become the guardian of the region's growth and profitability since day 1.

You have: 

  • +2 years of experience according to the position in Finance, Strategy or Transaction Advisory (Finance departments in fast-paced Companies, Consulting firms, Big 4 Firms)
  • Proven track record, strong business acumen, problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach, proactive and autonomous, good vibes & techie!
  • An ability to take any problem, deep dive, reveal route cause, draft improvement solutions and communicate to stakeholders
  • An ability to summarise and present complex plans to Management and key stakeholders
  • Obsessed with continuous improvements, delivering value and allergic to manual tasks!
  • Robust analytical & modelling skills required
  • G Suite expert (Sheets, Presentations), Office Suite expert (Excel)
  • Advanced command of the English language
