In that context, our Food Innovation team wants In order to maximise value for our partner restaurants and our customers by , our Food Innovation team is innovating around new food concepts and new kitchen operating frameworks.

Cook Room is our delivery-only kitchen vertical: we provide a shared-kitchen infrastructure solution to our partner restaurants to increase their revenue by expanding their operations on a faster and leaner way than through the traditional restaurant channel.

Virtual brands are our delivery-only brands vertical which : virtual brands are online concepts that allows restaurants to create multiple food concepts new menus for customers under a new branding and use their current kitchen without the need to incur in upfront costs.
We are looking for a talented, ambitious, 360, analytical and results driven person.
You will be responsible to lead the implementation, growth, strategy and P&L of our fast growing food innovation verticals.
Be a part of a team where you will:

Be owner of Cookrooms and Virtual Brands P&L in Romania

Lead new delivery-only kitchen launchings, from analyzing locations to have the facility built and ready to operate

Manage our kitchen assistants team to ensure ops excellence, efficiency improvement and on-site innovation

Develop & implement and scale our virtual brands playbook across the territory

Coordinate & develop partnerships with important brands and merchants and loop their feedback into our sales strategy

Providing proactive, insightful, high quality analysis to support decision making

Work with a cross-functional team (sales, operations, commercial, marketing, finance, procurement…) to achieve quick and flawless execution
You have:

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or a fast-paced environment

Experience in setting up strategy and growth models for new businesses

Experience influencing stakeholders at various levels
-
Analytical, strategic and 360 mindset
-
Hands-on and autonomous

Ability to influence stakeholders in order to help achieve your goals
