Your work-life opportunity:

The Global Head of Sales Operations is a problem solver who is both analytical and comfortable with operating autonomously.

You will identify bottlenecks in the current processes and find ways to improve them to increase team productivity, headcount efficiency and organization design. This will include building and executing go-to-market operations playbooks and initiatives to enhance productivity, process redesign, product roadmap and launches, resource allocation and pipeline analytics.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Develop Sales plans and strategies driving the efficiency and performance of our Sales teams; 
  • Understand the entire end-to-end sales process, introducing and improving tooling (Salesforce, Conga, Toky, etc) and working with the Global Head of Salesforce implementing processes that remove points of friction and streamline the partner’s acquisition workflow, increasing team productivity, headcount efficiency and organization design.
  • Optimize the acquisition workflow and drive key initiatives to maximize the quantity and quality of partners added to Glovo.
  • Work with the Outbounds and Inbounds Sales teams digging into the data, using quantitative and qualitative analysis to recommend acquisition strategies that are in line with territory goals, experimenting with new sales processes to build standardization.
  • Work closely with Regional Leads - Sales leaders as your peer to ensure smooth market implementation of the plans and strategies.
  • Support our local teams to solve challenges and improve performance to become a world-class sales organization.
  • Drive the global collaboration on sales operations product development :
    • Provide end-to-end visibility on existing developments and build a consistent global development roadmap.
    • Reconcile countries’ needs and technical capabilities, translate requirements into technical stories.
    • Support tools and technologies integration and lead the change management practices across the globe.
    • Build reports and visibility to monitor the performance of the tools we use and drive improvements.
    • Build Salesforce.com sales reporting and dashboards that serve as the foundation for regular business reviews that will lead to improvement.
  • Support Senior Management:
    • Provide senior management with regular business and project updates
    • Consolidate and distribute best practices from different countries
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You have:

  • 5+ years experience in strategy and sales operations in a tech/platform ecosystem or top tier management consulting company. High-growth startup experience is a plus
  • Hands on experience with at least one of the leading sales CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot).
  • Experience in redefining E2E sales process introducing and optimizing tooling (i.e. Salesforce/Conga/Toky)
  • Proven track record of increasing team productivity, improving headcount efficiency and organization design.
  • Stellar capabilities in strategic thinking and analytical execution. Excellent MS office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint) are a must.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development and/or key account management.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment.
  • Previous experience with data analytics platforms such as Looker or data management systems such as SQL is a bonus.
  • Excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets;
  • Expert communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Drive, ownership and independence. Comfortable working both independently as well as managing a group of stakeholders, often in parallel across multiple topics.
