Be a part of a team where you will:
- Own the relationship with defined global brands, especially with the top FMCGs brands in the world, leading categories with huge potential for Sampling activities.
- Partner internally with key functions (Q-commerce, Partners, BI, E-logistics, Food Innovation…) to contribute to the definition of priorities, sales and operational goals according to the team’s needs in all related to sampling.
- Train local teams on new Sampling opportunities and how to execute a sampling activity from scratch.
- Define quarterly revenue goals coming from Sampling per market based on the size of the opportunity.
- Coordinate with internal teams the ways of working needed in order to guarantee a successful sampling service for brands.
- Regularly audit metrics to continually analyze the progress and make sure targets are reached and new opportunities are identified across verticals & cities.
- Define a marketing strategy to launch the service in all of our markets.
- Contribute to continuous enhancement and innovation.
You have:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in management, business administration, marketing or advertising.
- Ideally +4 years of professional experience in CPG companies, digital, retail background, or marketing agencies.
- Analytical skills: you´ll be a master with looker, excel and google data studio.
- Planning, prioritization and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate efficiently both internally and externally.
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
