Your work-life opportunity:

In the South East Europe Operations team you will be responsible for defining the Glover Experience strategy together with the Global Team, and building the bridge with the Local teams to execute it. We are looking for someone to connect, understand and push forward solutions to improve the pain points couriers have in each market. You will become the point of contact for all the local teams in South East Europe countries (Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Bosnia, Montenegro and Moldova) to make sure we are building the best value proposition for couriers. You will need to have a data sensitive approach to identify, manage and track key performance indicators in each country and as a region. We are looking for a person with a positive attitude, lots of gas, creativity to think out of the box and passion for the work you will develop.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Manage a team of Glover Experience specialists based on the countries.
  • Be the owner of Glover Experience department in the region and engagement booster.
  • Travel across all the countries in the SEE region (Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Bosnia, Montenegro, Moldova and more to come).
  • Understand and adapt the Glover Experience strategy for each of the different countries in the region.
  • Have analytical skills and be able to manage looker/excel/google spreadsheets to be able to develop several actions to implement Glover Experience pillars. 
  • Be able to create full communication strategies with clear KPIs and objectives to track, motivate local teams to execute this.
  • Create postmortem documents to analyze the results of each project and be able to easily replicate them in the rest of the countries.
  • Analyze market insights from focus groups, surveys, interviews, and others to understand the riders. 
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You have:

  • Degree in International Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or similar.
  • > 4-year experience in Communications or Public relations department is a plus.
  • Able to lead projects from strategy to execution and results tracking plus be able to roll them out in different teams and countries.
  • Have a Data sensitive approach, fly in Excel and/or Google sheets. 
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, results oriented, autonomous and efficient.
  • People’s person, able to connect with different cultures, understand the pain points of couriers in each country and be creative enough to suggest and lead projects to improve Glovers satisfaction.
  • Ability to execute fast and well-done activities and events. 
  • Team-player and problem-solving skills, a very positive person.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
