Your work-life opportunity:

As a Glover Specialist Support you will be a support in KUSTOMER ticket solving for all Glovers in Glovo. 

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Reach Glover satisfaction service level, managing internal and external issues that might affect them handling Kustomer tickets.
  • Assist Glovers about payments/invoices/summary. More specific cases, if applicable, are transferred to finance.
  • Achieve loyalty to Glovers with a quality and good response time of their queries.

You have:

  • Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details and accuracy
  • Fast learner and easy to adapt to a fast changing environment
  • Have excellent communication skills. Oral and written.
  • Be very detail oriented
  • Socially active
  • Self-starter who is able to work autonomously in a highly demanding environment
  • Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel
  • Good English skills
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Relations is a plus
