At Glovo Concepts we are creating the next generation of food delivery brands to make sure any town, city or neighborhood has access to an amazing assortment of restaurants. Glovo Concepts is a solution for partners (restaurants working with Glovo) where we take care of the branding, marketing, supply chain and train their chefs so partners just have to cook and we help them grow their top line!
 
We are looking for a Commercial Lead to help us build and scale our commercial rocketship building and leading the Account Management strategy on a Global scale!

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Build, deploy and lead the commercial strategy (processes, tools, goals,hiring,playbooks,onboarding process) for our global Account manager teams to successfully roll out our portfolio of +20 brands to +15 countries providing a world class experience to our restaurant partners that will operate our brands
  • Setting monthly & quarterly goals for the account manager teams with the Global Commercial Manager so we can achieve our vision and make sure that we have both the tools and resources (talent, training, best practices, software etc) needed to achieve them. 
  • Work closely with the local teams to analyze results, identify opportunities to improve processes, and drive positive change to take them to the next level! 
  • Evaluate, follow up and build reports for the AM teams globally.Take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs.
  • Help your AM teams draw and execute plans, making the partners grow through promos, marketing activations and menu performance 
  • Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned , inactive or low performer partners.
  • Own the bonus compensation structure to make sure we align our commercial teams with our ambitious goals
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You have:

  • Effective English written and communication skills
  • At least 3  years of experience in high-performance account management. Previous work experience in a startup / high-demanding environment is preferred.
  • Team leadership skills and experience 
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, or any engineering specialisation is a plus
  • Experience with high supporting high performance commercial teams is a must
  • Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and advanced knowledge in MS Office
  • Salesforce is a plus
  • Proactive, organised, and obsessed with detail and accuracy
  • Socially active. Have good relationships in your team and have an ability to empathize with new people you meet
  • Project management / coordination skills. Determined to get things done
  • Data-driven with an strong analytical approach and result oriented 
  • Understand and contribute to the country’s strategy and P&L.
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
