Be a part of a team where you will:

Understand business needs and create insightful analyses helping your team make the right decisions and tell stories using data

Define and execute the strategy behind our promotions program

Evaluate the impact of promotional activities across user metrics

Understand what drives engagement, turning insights into action

Align Promotion-specific budgets with markets and the controlling team

Take ownership of the reporting of KPIs by creating customized tools and using the available ones

Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
You have:

Preferably a degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent (Master's Degree would be advantageous)

Strong analytical mindset
-
Between 1-3 years of experience in: (1) Business Analytics and/or (2) Project management

Strong expertise with Excel / Google Sheets
-
SQL working proficiency. Python is a plus
-
Ease in learning fast and adapting yourself to different business situations
-
Great communication and people skills
-
Proficiency in English
-
An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
Nice-to-haves:

Understanding of growth / loyalty / retention on food delivery companies

Background in technological consultancy firms as functional/business analyst

Familiarity with AB Testing frameworks
