The primary purpose and function of the HRIS Analyst is to act as the Cornerstone level 2 expert, provide HCM system administration and support, and lead Cornerstone OnDemand system configuration, enhancement, and deployment efforts. Additionally, this individual will serve as the liaison between Tier 1 team and third party vendors for other HR applications (e.g. eDays, Greenhouse). 
 
The HRIS Analyst will demonstrate HR systems maintenance experience as well as proficiency in analytics and reporting, process analysis, and configuration.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Be Glovo’s HRIS expert in order to build scalable HR tools that will address all our business & employees’ needs
  • Configure, enhance, and support various Cornerstone modules including Core HR, Performance Management, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning (in cooperation with 3rd parties)
  • Maintain and administer Cornerstone security groups
  • Partner closely with business and Tier 1 team to understand system end-user needs and provide recommendations to keep Cornerstone processes simple and efficient
  • Conduct and/or support continuous improvement projects e.g. workflows, integrations and data integrity
  • Design and deliver HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making within People team
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data
  • Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management. Monitor reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements
  • Work closely with other team members to brainstorm, strategize and complete ad hoc requests creatively, effectively and efficiently

You have:

  • At least 3 years of experience with configuring and maintaining HRIS/HCM system, with focus point on Cornerstone OnDemand
  • Bachelor degree in computer science, IT or other quantitative field, or human resources
  • Practical knowledge of importing, exporting and verifying data for use in reports, spreadsheets & graphs
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Must be a detail-oriented thinker, exhibiting strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Team player that contributes valuable ideas and feedback and can be counted on to meet commitments
  • Work effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities and rapid change
  • Ability to work with sensitive employee data, maintaining confidentiality in all situations with a keen eye for detail, quality and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Cornerstone OnDemand Certification & API experience a plus
