At Glovo Concepts we are creating the next generation of food delivery brands to make sure any town, city or neighborhood has access to an amazing assortment of restaurants. Glovo Concepts is a solution for partners (restaurants working with Glovo) where we take care of  the branding, marketing, supply chain and train their chefs so partners just have to cook and we help them grow their top line!

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Be responsible for creation of the standards, tools and operations processes for our +30 Brands and thousands of our operators across all countries
  • Coordinate the whole process of the Brand creation from the operations perspective
  • Work closely with New Product Development (NPD) and Training team to create a scalable global brands
  • Create tools, guidelines and systems that will allow to make a smooth rollout of new brands for our actual and future Operators / Restaurants
  • Manage improvements in the way we operate our Brands base on the feedback from the local teams and franchisee’s 
  • Define the perfect equipment set-up, space needed, and providers for each brand while collaborating closely with the NPD and Procurement team
  • Prepare communication to Operators and local Teams related with changes and improvements related to the brands which are live
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

You have:

  • Experience in restaurant business preferably in large chains
  • At least 2 years of experience in above restaurant operations position or restaurant support team
  • Experience in the brand creation process from operations perspective is a big plus
  • Great communication skills - written and verbal
  • Experience working in multicultural and cross functional teams
  • Capacity to identify the things that really move the needle
  • Project management / coordination skills
  • Proactive, organised, and obsessed with detail and accuracy
  • Data-driven with an high analytical approach and result oriented 
  • English proficiency is a must and any other EU language is a plus
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
  • Passion for food
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
