Your work-life opportunity:

Join us as Operations Analyst in Cash & Quality and become a key member of the Italian Operations Team at Glovo! We are looking for a passionate, proactive, data-driven and hands-on professional to support our Operations department in Milan.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Provide analytical support to the Quality & Cash Operations team
  • Perform analysis to come up with insights to help improve the main KPIs in all the cities in the country
  • Work close with the department to propose improvements in processes and reduction of structural costs
  • Track the impact of all the new implementations that you have proposed by checking the daily metrics of the cities
  • Own all dashboards and build new tools to improve the visibility of metrics in the department
  • Understand the operations model in Glovo to provide advice to the team
  • Give life to your craziest ideas and have an immediate impact thinking out of the box.

You have:

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Maths or similar
  • Previous experience as a Data Analyst
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Results oriented, autonomous and efficient
  • Professional English
  • Knowledge of SQL preferred
  • Eager to work in a fast changing and challenging environment
