As part of the Expansion Team, you will have a chance to work in a fast-paced environment, learning how the operations of the business work and a chance to gain many new skills!
 
As a Glover Specialist in the Expansion Team, you will be responsible for the city management, fleet management and the quality of the fleet. Improving given KPIs by supporting the Expansion Team and reporting directly to the Expansion Lead, you’ll also be the right hand for the City Launcher.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Support daily operations through operational supervision and analysis of KPIs
  • Be responsible for forecasting the number of couriers needed based on expected demand
  • Launch new cities and set them up operationally
  • Be responsible for implementing processes and optimizing strategies involving the acquisition and retention of Glovers (our couriers)
  • Have a Data sensitive approach, making sure that all the information is transferred to our database and reports
  • Take care of procurement, ensuring that all Glovers receive the work kit and are ready to spread the Glovo brand
  • Ensure that all Glovers are properly trained and prepared
  • Improve processes on behalf of Glovers through projects (when necessary)
  • Coordinate recruitment, training, and onboardings of the entire fleet of Glovers in the new city
  • Be responsible for all documentation and contracts of Glovers in the city
  • Handle Glover payments
  • Be there for the Glovers when they need support

You have:

  • Good communication skills with the ability and agility to solve problems
  • Motivation to work for a fast-growing startup, previous experience in on-demand delivery is a plus
  • Basic Excel and Data Interpretation Skills
  • Enjoy learning and adapting to new technologies
  • Initiative, proactivity and autonomy - Glovo is also yours!
  • Good energy - you like what you do, even on bad days
  • University degree (Engineering, Administration or related areas)
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, moving between cities in Poland
