Your work-life opportunity:

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for the development, maintenance and optimization of our courier fleet.
This position will be based in Palermo. 

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Be in charge of Couriers fleet organization 
  • Responsible for recruitment and training of Glovers.
  • Uploading new Couriers (Glovers) in our system, with its required documentation and information.
  • Be responsible for Glovers contracts and documentation. 
  • Support Glovers with possible queries and FAQs.
  • Assure every Glover has every required material.
  • Analyse fleet's progress and develop reports to track and create improvements. 
  • Support Operations Manager with fleets reports and metrics about the operation.
  • Report to the Operations Manager regarding the fleet

You have:

  • Previous experience in on-demand fleet management or customer support in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Experience in team working
  • Good communication skills, ability and agility to solve problems
  • High motivation to work for a fast-growing startup
  • Good computer skills and basic Excel skills 
  • Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
  • Initiative, proactivity and autonomy - Glovo is also yours!
  • Good energy and you like what you do, even on bad days
  • University degree preferred
  • Fluency in English
