Your work-life opportunity:

Join us as a Junior Partner Operations Analyst and become a key member of Glovo's local operations team! We offer a challenging and dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Provide analytical support regarding Partner Operations metrics
  • Be responsible for our partners business performance. Track and report performance metrics.
  • Perform analysis to come up with some insights to help improve the operational KPIs in the country
  • Implementation of processes and workflows and new projects
  • Bring important insights from the operations and cooperate with relevant stakeholder to drive important changes which can make operations more efficient
  • Responsible for the mapping of new local processes if needed
  • Ensures local broken processes driving Partner dissatisfaction are fixed at local level by working closely with the different business stakeholders (supplies, finance, partners, …) + escalates to HQ when relevant
  • Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement

You are/ have:

  • Passionate about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
  • Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
  • Excel proficiency
  • SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Professional English
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
