Your work-life opportunity:

As a Partner Operations Support you will be a key representative on the Glovo Account Management team helping handle one of the top partnerships of the company.

 

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Be responsible for the management, monitoring and activation of all requests for changes in Content of the Big Chains
  • Make sure that the content of the big chains is correct (Letters, schedules, prices, etc). 
  • You also will be the support to the PBL in all Big Chains finance incidents that are not managed by kustomer
  • Do all tasks related to promotions: Upload to trackers, upload to, social networks, upload to admin, etc. 
  • In charge of requesting and / or creating and monitoring the creation of new partners in Sales Force of Big Chains (from content to admin).
  • Yo will manage  promotool for big chains and support the PBL in integrations, changing devices and all admin management related to partner operational issues: closing stores, changing hours, store activations, etc.

 

You have:

  • Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details and accuracy
  • Fast learner and easy to adapt to a fast changing environment
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be very detail oriented
  • Socially active
  • Self-starter who is able to work autonomously in a highly demanding environment
  • Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel

 

Nice-to-haves:

  • Intermediate English 
  • Previous knowledgement of CRM 
  • Google docs
