Your work-life opportunity:

As a Partner Operations Support you will be a key representative on the Glovo Operation team helping handle the small partners in the company.

Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Proactively call the partners providing assistance and understanding their needs
  • Support the Partner Ops team in the daily tasks with main focus on partner retention and “educational” calls
  • Answer to all enquiries from customers within the same day
  • Responsible for and manage the progress of all tasks allocated to you by the Operation team
  • Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involved, such as the Finance and Account Manager departments
  • Bring innovation to and assist in the implement successful processes and automation opportunities
  • Give status reports for each task you are involved in

You have:

  • Preferably experience in a call center environment
  • Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details and accuracy
  • Fast learner and easy to adapt to a fast changing environment
  • Have good communication skills
  • Self-starter who is able to work autonomously in a highly demanding environment
  • Basic knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel
  • Mother tongue or proficiency in italian is mandatory. 
  • Excellent English and Italian skills required, Spanish is a plus
